I have decided to start writing on my blog again. This time in French, since that is what I'm studying now on LingQ. Here is a recent effort with my original version first followed by the corrected version.

Basically, I explain that i will be starting to post my French writing regularly on my blog because we are launching a new blogging feature on LingQ and I am hoping to inspire other members to do the same. In fact, many of you have been posting your writing and corrected writings on your blogs for years so I'm not doing anything new. What is new is the new way to follow your friends' blogs which we will be launching on LingQ next week. Stay tuned!
Just a quick post to let you know that we have now included all of our Linguist bloggers in the Member Blogging list on our home page including those of you in Japan who we were unable to add before. Again, if you don't see your posts in the list, make sure to send us your blog URL.
Here's a really neat addition to our Front Page. It's a list of all recent posts from The Linguist blogging community. You will find posts from Vox bloggers and non-Vox bloggers, from Linguist members and staff. If you don't see your posts in our list please let us know and we can make sure to add your blog feed into our aggregated list. We are currently having trouble adding some blogs from Japan but we hope to add these blogs soon. Let us know if you have a blog we don't know about so we can add it to our list!
I'm very often asked questions about blogging either by our members, staff or friends of mine. I found this blogging FAQ page on Technorati that I thought explains a lot about blogging very well. Let me know if you have any questions about blogging or issues that you want to discuss and I'll try to deal with them here.
I just had a great discussion about blogging with Tana, Tony and Sumiko. For those of you who don't know, all three of them have their own blogs. Tony's blog is here, Tana's is here and Sumiko has one here and a Vox blog here Kumarith.
I look forward to talking to all three of you more through our blogs. I also look forward to seeing Tana on Vox correcting my Dad's Russian!
One last thing. Both Tony and Tana told me about Shashi's podcast and Tony informed me that the quality of this content was better than some of my podcasts! I know I'm going to go and check it out! I suggest you all do the same.
One last thing for all Vox bloggers. I posted this on my Vox blog and then had it automatically cross post to the Community Blog. If you would also like to cross post to the Community Blog from your Vox blog just let me know and we will set this up for you. For instance, I know Hitomi is posting her own corrected writing on her blog. Hitomi, if you would like to cross post your writing samples to the Community Blog let me know.
